Return & Exchange Policy

At Purpose By Nieama, we value transparency and fairness. Please review this policy carefully before placing an order. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined below.


Order Processing

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days.
Processing times exclude weekends and holidays.

During sales, promotions, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or changed.


Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Purpose By Nieama does not offer refunds under any circumstances.


Exchanges & Store Credit (If Approved)

Exchanges or store credit may be considered only if approved by management and must meet all eligibility requirements outlined below. Approval is not guaranteed.


Exchange Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for an exchange or store credit, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • Item must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All original tags must be attached

  • Exchange requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery

  • Item must pass inspection upon return

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability

If the requested exchange item is unavailable, store credit will be issued instead.

If approved, store credit will be issued within 3–5 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.


Store Credit Terms

  • Store credit has no cash value

  • Store credit is non-transferable

  • Store credit cannot be refunded


Final Sale / Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are FINAL SALE and not eligible for exchange or store credit:

  • Lace items

  • White clothing

  • Bathing suits

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Items marked FINAL SALE

No exceptions will be made.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked Delivered by the shipping carrier, Purpose By Nieama is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

  • No refunds, replacements, or store credits will be issued for packages marked as delivered

  • Customers must contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim


Chargeback Policy

Purpose By Nieama maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy for chargebacks.

  • Any chargeback filed will be fully disputed

  • We retain detailed records including order confirmations, tracking information, delivery confirmation, IP addresses, and communication history

Fraudulent chargebacks may result in:

  • Immediate order cancellation (if applicable)

  • Permanent ban from future purchases

  • Submission of evidence to payment processors and financial institutions

  • Pursuit of legal remedies where applicable

Customers are strongly encouraged to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback.


How to Request an Exchange

To request an exchange, customers must email info@purposebynieama.com within 3 days of receiving their order.

Please include:

  • Order number

  • A brief description of the issue

If approved, return instructions will be provided. Items returned without prior approval will be rejected.
