No Refunds – Exchanges Only

We do not offer refunds. Exchanges are available under the following conditions:

Exchange Guidelines

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • You must request an exchange within 3 days of receiving your item.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is unavailable, store credit will be issued.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items cannot be exchanged:

  • Lace items
  • White clothing
  • Sale items
  • Bathing suits
  • All items marked as FINAL SALE

How to Request an Exchange

  1. Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order at info@purposebynieama.com.
  2. Provide your order number and a brief description of the issue.
  3. Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions.

Shipping Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and for shipping the exchanged item back to them.
